A pump dispenser should last through several bottles of HI-FLOAT.  The pump may be cleaned as follows:

Unscrew the top of the pump and place both sections in a pan of hot tap water.

Let the pump stand in pan of hot water overnight.

Rinse the pump parts with warm water.  Make sure the air holes under the thread are clean.

Reassemble the pump.
